Period Promise Student Survey

Monthly menstrual products are a necessity.

Your school has been supplied with period products as part of a pilot program of United Way, a charitable organization focused on bettering lives in local communities by improving financial stability, education, and access to basic needs, including monthly menstrual hygiene products. By sharing your feedback in this survey, you can help United Way advocate for the availability of FREE menstrual products in schools across the province.

The goal of this survey is to help us gain an understanding of who is participating in this pilot program. Your open and honest responses are very greatly appreciated and will help United Way and its partners work toward achieving menstrual equity in our communities.

All questions are optional.

This survey is anonymous.

The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.

If you used an identifying access code to access this survey, please rest assured that this code will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification access codes with survey responses.
